eSupport.com, Inc. is searching for a Web Designer to join its web design team

We are on the lookout for a talented designer with at least a year of experience working with HTML, CSS and Photoshop/Fireworks. Other useful skills include Flash and JavaScript. The role of Web Designer will include designs for email campaigns, banner ads and landing pages. You will be used to creating eye catching and persuasive designs as well as working within advertising and brand guidelines.

Typical responsibilities may include:
• Working with other team members to discuss the business objectives and requirements for campaigns;
• Interpreting a campaign's needs and developing a concept to suit its purpose;
• Developing design briefs by gathering information and data through research;
• Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts;
• Testing new designs and formats to formulate the highest converting banners and landing pages;
• Presenting finalised ideas and concepts to internal clients and account managers;
• Demonstrating illustration skills with rough sketches;
• Keeping abreast of emerging technologies in new media.
